Interview with a securityguard from Iraq

We want to start a dialogue of confidence between natives and people who came frome Europe, or other countries, and we want to make clear, that the iraqis are necessary and valuable for us. On the other hand, the iraqis want to be recognized as human beings, not as barbarians.

Is there a danger for foreigners in Iraq?

Not only the Iraq is a danger zone, but the hole middle east, because these countries are used as mother lode of many organisations. Thats why, we must say, there is still a danger.

What kind of danger is it?

You never can tell. It can be a bomb attack, a living bomb,or a gunfight.

Why does this happen?

The Americans and their ally are to blame for it. They have delivered us from S.Hussein, but they are still occupying our country, because they profit from.

Is it possible to minimalize or bypass these dangers?

For realizing that, you have to cooperate directly with the iraqis. That could help to build confidence and the people would get some asknowledgement. We have already some native securities, but they are employed by US-companies.

How far is the danger avoidable? Which security is warranted?

If there would be no association with us or english companies, we could give a 100% warranty for safety.

How could you be convinced of that?

We are no barbarians, or bad people, as it is shown in the press. But we have no ability to speak with relevant people for rectifying this.

Does it also have a religious background, or is it only enviousness?
It has nothing to do with our faith, the United States have told the world, that they will deliver the people from S. Hussein and bring them freedom, but when shall this happen? They are only interested in our resources.

Why did a dialogue with other reporters fail?

There have been some interviews with other reporters, but after the interviews they went away with us-soldiers.

You said, there would be advantages by a collaboration with foreign securities. Could you explain that?

There would be a lot of advantages, for instance, if we would see us accepted by the europeans, it could be a first step to freedom. The attacks on businessmen and their securities are results from the presence of the us.

What kind of education do your employees have?

Our people have served in the republican guard, so they are very well qualifiyed and disciplined. I think, that should explain everything.
